Professionals share their personal experience and opinions. They do not provide official, legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.2. Booking and Payments
All bookings are paid in advance through our payment provider.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
Prices are set by the platform and may vary depending on the professional and duration of the call.3. Cancellations and Refunds
Users may reschedule or cancel a call up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the call are non-refundable. If a professional fails to attend the call, the user will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.4. User Conduct
Users agree to:
- behave respectfully during calls
- not record calls without consent
- not use the platform for illegal purposes.
We reserve the right to block users who violate these rules.5. Professionals
Professionals available on Noovka are independent individuals sharing their personal experiences.
